Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy Please review all financial terms and service descriptions carefully before upgrading to a paid membership. We do not issue refunds for any usage fees, subscription fees, or credits once a transaction is processed. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that the service is digital in nature and provided immediately upon payment, and therefore, all sales are final.

2. Subscription and Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

   • How to Cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription directly through your Account Settings > Subscription page by clicking the "Cancel Subscription" button.
   • Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the premium features associated with your plan until the end of your current billing cycle. After the current cycle expires, your account will revert to the free tier, and no further charges will be applied.
   • Responsibility: It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the subsequent period.

3. Anti-Chargeback Policy You agree that you will not dispute or otherwise seek a "chargeback" from the bank or credit card company used to pay fees on the Service, except in the case of confirmed unauthorized fraudulent activity. Should you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

   • Refuse to honor pending and future transactions from the associated credit card or online accounts.
   • Permanently ban the associated user account and any related accounts.
   • Prohibit all persons or businesses associated with the disputed account from accessing our services in the future.
